After you submit a piece, the staff will do a blind review, then vote on whether to accept your piece, accept it with revisions, or reject it. Here is what each result means: Accepted: Your piece will appear in the magazine. You do not have to do anything further. Accepted with revisions: Your work will appear in the magazine if you make certain changes that the staff has requested. If you do not wish to make these changes, you may either decide not to have your work appear in the magazine, or you may send the staff an explanation of why you do not want to make each change, and they will vote on whether or not to accept the piece in light of the new information. Rejected: The staff does not think that your piece is right for the magazine. |
